Full terms and conditions of booking will be provided prior to payment of the initial deposit. Our payment terms are as follows, payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.
- Booking less than 6 months before rental; 50% deposit within 7 days of booking remainder 8 weeks before arrival
- Greater than 6 months; 25% deposit within 7 days of booking, 25% 26 weeks prior to arrival, remainder 8 weeks before arrival
Access to the apartment is subject to meeting the payment profile, in the case of last minute bookings it is subject to the full payment being cleared prior to your arrival.

Discounts, when available, are made against the published weekly rates and do not apply to additional charge items. The discount is deducted from the final payment amount.
We strongly advise customers to insure against cancellation and unforeseen emergencies. A firm booking is a binding contract between the two parties and we do not give refunds.
Payment for telephone, pay per view satellite, personal laundry and other reception based services should be paid at the time of purchase or on the day of departure. Failure to do so will mean these will be paid out of your deposit and incur an additional 20% administration fee.
Changeover day is Saturday, other days and short stays are available outside the peak season. For short stays, 3 to 6 days, the charge is based on a pro rata rate of the weekly rate plus a small premium based on the duration of the stay. On the day of departure you must vacant the apartment by 10.00am, on day arrival the apartment should be available for your use by 2.00pm.
Prior to your arrival we will provide details on steps to be taken in the unlikely event of a problem occurring within the apartment. Whilst we will promptly react to your notification of the problem and do our best to ensure prompt action we cannot guarantee the responsiveness of the local services and craftsmen.
We will not accept responsibility for accidents, loss or damage incurred while staying at the complex. The use of amenities where offered, such as swimming pools, tennis, golf etc. are entirely at the user's risk and we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the customer's belongings, personal injury or loss of life. Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed.
Guests can take advantage of the specially negotiated golf rates. The reception desk will book your tee off times.
